Course Description - Analyzing Income for the Self-employed Borrower

Learn how to calculate qualifying income using a cash flow analysis method. This practical, hands-on course is designed to walk the participant through a thorough analysis of self-employed borrower income while completing a full cash flow analysis. The case study includes analysis for a partnership (K-1/1065) and a corporation (1120). Handouts are designed to aid participants in applying what they learn on the job.

JANE GREESON brings 25 years’ Mortgage lending and Operations experience to the Essentials Training team.  Over the course of her career, Jane has provided training to many colleagues wishing to move to the next level of understanding in subjects related to Underwriting, Appraisal review and Real Estate finance.  While Jane’s experience is predominantly in Underwriting and QA management, she has also worked as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Residential Appraiser and Sales Support Manager.  Jane has a passion for empowering others through information sharing and a knack for making complicated subject matter easier to understand.
