  LD 2231 – An Act to Support Owners of Manufactured Housing, Mobile Homes and Tiny Homes

  Maine recently passed LD 2231 in April of 2026. Greg Payne, Senior Advisor of Housing Policy in the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future will discuss how the newly implemented law can help our borrowers and aid in resolving the housing market crises.
