About Michael Pearson:
Michael Pearson is the SVP of Business Development for A&D Mortgage. Mike is responsible for making meaningful connections and finding innovative solutions. Michael joined A&D Mortgage in 2022. Prior to that, he held various positions with established mortgage companies such as Carrington Mortgage Services, United Wholesale Mortgage, First Guarantee Mortgage Corp., and more. This diverse background, including his time in the army, has made Mike the seasoned professional that he is today.
In addition to his professionalism, Michael has a true passion for helping others succeed. He is known for his friendly attitude and ability to educate others by communicating the complex in simple terms. What's more, Mike is an active member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals (FAMP) and currently serves as a Treasurer. Mike is a unique individual who combines great experience with genuine caring.
