About the Speakers:

Tina Partridge – Tina is the Homeownership Manager at MaineHousing. Tina has worked for MaineHousing for over 30 years and is currently the Homeownership Manager.  She held the position of Mortgage Financial Manager in the Loan Servicing Department for many years, and prior to that had held a variety of positions in Homeownership, including Operations Manager and Senior Program Officer. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that greatly compliments our Homeownership team.

Maggie Silva – Maggie is the Outreach and Education Coordinator at MaineHousing.  Maggie joined MSHA in November of 2024.  She has 4 years of experience in the mortgage andbanking industry and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Maineat Augusta. She has taught 2nd  and 4th grade with the most recent school being Winthrop Grade School.  Maggie is a lifelong learner and loves to bring that same thirst for knowledge to everyone she meets. She serves on the hoMEworks Board of Directors.  Maggie is always eager to make a difference in the community and state through promoting homebuyer education and connecting with various individuals involved in the housing industry.
